Is Coachemy really free?

What fees apply to my clients’ payments?

Two amounts, paid by you: Stripe payment fees passed on at cost (1.75% + €0.35 per payment) and the Coachemy commission of your plan (Free 3%, Starter 2%, Growth 1%, Pro 0%). For clients who come from the directory, an introduction commission applies for 6 months. The details are in “How the platform works”.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The prices shown are the prices you pay (VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French tax code) and are shown again before any subscription. No commitment, cancel anytime.

Can I cancel my Pro subscription at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. No commitment: from your Profile, "Cancel subscription" then "Confirm". The plan stays active until the end of the paid period. If you go back to the free plan, you keep all your programs but can only manage 2 clients at most.

How many programs can I create?

Unlimited! Create as many programs as you want and assign them to your clients in a few clicks. Reuse your programs across clients to save time.

Yes, Coachemy is an app for iOS and Android. Your clients log their sessions from their phone, at the gym.

Does the app work offline?

Yes, an offline mode is available. Your clients can view their program and log their sessions without a connection. Data syncs automatically as soon as the connection is back.

Who owns my data on Coachemy?

YOU do. Your data belongs to you legally and technically. Coachemy is only its custodian. You can export your data in 1 click (JSON, CSV) and reuse it wherever you want.

How does Coachemy protect my data?

Exchanges with Coachemy go through HTTPS and data is stored in a PostgreSQL database with access controls. Our privacy policy details the processing and your GDPR rights.

What happens if I delete my account?

Your account and training data are erased within 30 days. Only invoices are kept for 10 years, as the law requires. You receive a confirmation by email.

Yes. The "Find a coach" tab lets you search verified coaches by city and discipline, with their offers and rates. The directory opens with the first coaches who signed up and grows as more coaches join.

As a client, do I have to pay anything?

No. Training tracking is free, with or without a coach. The free account keeps 3 months of session history. An optional premium subscription, offered in the app, makes history unlimited. You only pay your coach, at the rate they set.
